Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cutler-Hammer CH03101-SV9GRPNL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danfoss parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dayton product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-hammer such as the 14101RQD07 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 060G2059 manufactured by Danfoss and we are pleased to be able to service most Danfoss systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10C897 by Manufacturer Dayton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cutler-hammer Brand 1456A6503 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cybelec-Weinbrenner such as VGA160 equipment made by Cybelec-Weinbrenner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cybelec-Weinbrenner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cybelec-Weinbrenner" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RL02 made by D-A as well as the popular CH25625A201K4CA original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4540615015 by Darrah and VGA160 spares by Cybelec-Weinbrenner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 860R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danfysik.
